The Birth of a Poem: Inside The Process - with Patricia Keeney

Description: We all experience moments of change, whether major or minor; moments that can shift our perspective, heightening responses that surprise us. These deeply individual experiences can stir our imagination into new ways of feeling and seeing, revealing an unexplored emotional road map. 

Using a sampling of her own poems, Patricia will share her process, exploring where poems begin and what may inspire them. Along the way, the group will share some ideas about poetry, moments of change in our lives and our responses to them, and how this journey may find poems we didn’t know we had.
