Landscape Abstraction Painting with Stephanie Schrim

Explore bigger, bolder, and more expressive ways of creating landscapes!

Join artist and instructor Stephanie Schrim for Landscape Abstraction, a hands-on workshop exploring the expressive and experimental possibilities of abstracting realism through landscape.

Working in larger formats, participants will experiment with a variety of wet and dry media to create a unique finished artwork. While technique will be explored throughout the workshop, the focus will be on experimentation, developing your personal style, and building confidence with colour.

Oil, acrylic, and watercolour painters are all welcome. Artists are encouraged to mix materials and techniques — you might begin with watercolour and build up acrylic layers, or start in acrylic and finish with oils!
